Frances' maiden name is NOT KNOWN. No where in our family records does it appear. Her tombstone says: Frances wife of James. According to my Cousin, she was blind in her old age. She came to Cass County, Missouri to live with her oldest child, Clayton and his wife, Mary Walker Van Hoy. She is buried in the cemetery there with them. She is in the 1870 census with them and is listed as Francis, 80, Female, at Home, born in Virginia, both parents Foreign Born.
