John R. Robbins.

Died, at his home in this city, on Tuesday, April 8, of heart failure, John R. Robbins, aged 76 years.

He was born in the state of Pennsylvania in 1826, and went to Illinois with his parents when a boy, and was married in that state in 1854 to Miss Emma D. Mudg. He and his wife came to Kansas in 1866 where they have since resided. He leaves a wife and four children to mourn his loss, Sanford W. Robbins of Arlington, Neb., Mrs. L.C. McChesney of Colorado Springs, Colo., Geo. M. and John R. Robbins, Jr., of this place. The funeral services were conducted by Rev. Henderson from the family residence and the interment took place at the Pleasant View cemetery April 9. The bereaved family have the sympathy of a large circle of friends in this their sad hour.

Died, at his home in this city, on Tuesday, April 8, of heart failure, John R. Robbins, aged 76 years.
