Howard H. ANDERSON, 68, 420 West Ninth street, died at his home at 8:30 p.m. Wednesday of a heart attack after an illness of eight years.

He had lived in Rochester for the last four years after moving here from Richland township.

Anderson was born on March 27, 1888, in Paulding county, Ohio to William and Mary OVERMYER ANDERSON. In 1915, he was married in Richland Center to Nellie OVERMYER.

A retired farmer, Anderson was a member of the Grandview church.

Survivors, besides the widow at home, are two daughters, Mrs. Marcille Nan [ANDERSON], Washington, D.C.; and Mrs. Imogene LEEDY, Hammond; a son, William [ANDERSON], R.R. 1, Rochester; three grandchildren, and two brothers, Delbert [ANDERSON], 1217 Elm Street, and Lewis [ANDERSON], South Bend. A brother, James [ANDERSON], preceded him in death.

Services will be at 2 p.m. Saturday at the Foster funeral home with the Rev. F. I. WILMERT officiating. Friends may call at the fneral home after 7 p.m. today.
