He is survived by his widow, Mrs. Annie Perkins; daughters, Mrs. Annie Lee Eiland, Pahokee, Mrs. Mary Katherine Mathews, Mrs. Ruth Davis, Mrs. Rubie Vaugh and Miss Christine Perkins, all of Plant City; sons, Thomas D. of High Springs, J. O. Perkins of Plant City; mother. Mrs. Susan Kelly, of Plant City.
