Grand Rapids, Michigan - John T.W. Black, 43, died following open heart surgery in Butterworth Hospital yesterday.
Mr. Black was born at Banquo, Indiana, March 6, 1933 to Willard and Isadore Black. His mother is deceased.
Mr. Black, a former employee of Ford Meter Box, Wabash, Indiana, moved to Cedar Springs, Michigan, from Wabash 10 years ago.
He is survived by his widow, Ruth; two children, Gerald and Diana; his father; and four sisters, Mrs. Elbert (Marthalene) Butler, Mrs. Robert (Maxine) Brown, Mrs. James (Marjorie) Doyle, and Mrs. Roland (Margaret) Hunter.
