She was married to Striley Frank Savage who died Dec. 22, 1966. Survivors include her daughter Thelma Newport of Lima Oh, two granddaughters Patricia Hembree of Jasper Ind. Deborah Weldy of Bluffton Oh, four grand sons Edward Newport of Lima, Audie (Wacker) Newport of Lima, Daniel Newport of Lima and John Newport of Sunbright Tenn, 10 great-grandchildren and 1 great-great-grandchild; three sisters Ruby Strand of Lima Oh, Fonzie Rigsby of Chattanooga Tenn, and Alta Bowlin of Memphis Tenn.She was preceded in death by 5 brothers Fred Buck, Don Buck, Harlen Buck, Spencer Buck and Pleas Buck; two sisters Oma (Guffey) Dickey, and Roxie Hurst.
