Hazel M. Allen, 76, of Rockville died at 5:15 pm Friday at Union Hospital, Terra Haute.
She was retired from Columbia Records at Terra Haute and was a 1939 graduate of Newtown High School.
She was born Aug. 9, 1920, in Parke County to Omer and Opal Myers Allen.
Survivors include three sisters, Juanita Andrews of Lebanon, Evelyn Pirtle of Crawfordsville and Barbara McBee of Linden. She was preceded in death by three brothers and one sister.
Graveside services are scheduled for 2 pm Tuesday at Wolf Creek Cemetery near Wallace with the Rev. Lindy Russell officiating.
