Bob was born March 10, 1932, in Philadelphia, Miss., to Luther Leroy and Juanita Posey Roberts. He was a loving husband, father, grandfather and great-grandfather. Bob loved to fish and just spend time at the lake.
Survivors: Willie Roberts of Burleson; daughters, Glenda Bernard and husband, Charles, of Burleson, Penny Echols and husband, Larry, of Burleson, Connie Collins and husband, George, of Magnolia; eight grandchildren; three great-grandchildren; many brothers and sisters; and numerous nieces, nephews, extended family and friends.

Luther's headstone has his name as Luther E. Roberts, his full name was Luther Earl Roberts, but he was always called "Bob" by family and friends. He was a hard working man who didn't know the word lazy existed.
