Georgina was the daughter of Reverend Theophilus Stinson Richey and Maria Temple.

On October 17, 1904, she married Stephen Harris Harrington II in Wilmette (Cook County), Illinois. Stephen Harris Harrington II was the founder and president of the Harrington & King Perforating Company in Chicago (see his Find A Grave entry under Forest Home Cemetery). Georgina and Stephen had a son, Stephen Harris Harrington III, who was born around 1909.

After the death of Stephen Harris Harrington II, Georgina married Foye Peabody Hutchinson around 1917. Foye worked for the Harrington & King Perforating Company and eventually took over as president. Foye passed away on December 20, 1964.

Georgina died of broncho pneumonia at St. Joseph Hospital in Chicago. Her funeral took place on March 9, 1967 at Christ Church in Winnetka, Illinois. Burial was the same day. She was survived by one son, Stephen Harris Harrington III and one grandson, Stephen Harris Harringon IV.
