Daughter of William R Durrett (1825 - 1892) and Virginia A Daughtry (1844 - 1872). Married Andrew M Roberts on Dec. 14, 1884 in Lawrence County, Tennessee. To this union were born seven children: Edgar Earl, William Elmer, Russell Presley, Dunn, Gracie, Johnnie Mae and Bobbie Lee Roberts.

Death Claims Mrs. A. M. Roberts, 82,; Services Wednesday
Mrs. Martha Ann Roberts, 82, wife of A. M.Roberts, passed away at the family home on Route 1, Monday afternoon following a lengthy illness. She had been in failing health for some time and was confined to her bed for the past seven weeks.
Funeral services were held at 2:00 o'clock Wednesday afternoon at the Malakoff Cemetery, conducted by Cato Shearer, Church of Christ minister of Corsicana.
Interment followed under the direction of C. O. Dodson of the Carroll & Lehr Funeral Home of Malakoff.
Mrs. Roberts was born in Pulaski, Tennessee, August 17, 1864 and had been a resident of this community for many years. Surviving are her husband, two daughters, Mrs. Oscar Henderson and Mrs. Johnnie Mae Jackson of Malakoff; four sons, Edgar, Elmer and Bob L. Roberts, Malakoff and
Dunn Roberts of Minden, Louisiana; three brothers, Dunn Durrett, Ranie, Oklahoma; Rice Durrett, Little Rock, Arkansas and John Durrett of Nashville, Tennessee; thirteen grandchildren and three great grandchildren.
