Emma Frances Fritz is the daughter of Francis "Frank" Marion Fritz and Susan A. (Susanna) Fritz (nee Barrickman). She had two half-brothers, Charles A. McDonald (1868-1919) and John Richard McDonald (1872-1920). Her full siblings: Francis "Frank" M. Fritz, Jr. (1873-1950); Martha Elizabeth (1875-1952) married Curry; Lillian Agnes (1876-1963) married Miller; Ella Mae (1879-1967) married Campbell; Georgiana (1884-1947); Grover Clevland (1887-1971); Mary Estella (1890-1942) married Osman.

Mrs. Emma Fritz Curry of DuBois, a former resident of Petrolia, died at her home after a four months` illness, according to word received by Mrs. Grant Curry of Butler. Surviving are her husband, Jay L. Curry; two sons, Charles and Russell, both of DuBois; four daughters, Mrs. Irene Mix and Mrs. Lucille Mix, both of Buffalo and Nita and Norma Currry of DuBois, and the following brothers and sisters: Frank Fritz of Longton, Kan.; Grover of Karns City; Mrs. Edward Miller of Kittanning; Mrs. Mary Osman of Pittsburgh; Mrs. Ella Campbell and Miss Georgia Fritz of Petrolia, and Mrs. Grant Curry of Butler. Funeral services will be at 2:30 o`clock Sunday afternoon in DuBois and burial made in that place.
