Maurice Leslie Culler, of Boonsboro, died at Washington County Hospital, Hagerstown, Sunday evening after several weeks' illness. Aged 64 years and 11 months, he was the son of the late William L. and Jennie (Wiles) Culler, of Middletown.
Surviving are his widow, Mrs. Rosa (Palmer) Culler, three sons and two daughters, Harry G. Culler, of Chicago, Illinois; Paul M. Culler, of Keedysville; David E. Culler and Lola S. Culler, at home, and Mrs. Eilen Dellinger, of Hagerstown. There are also two sisters and three brothers, Mrs. N. A. S. Bussard, of Middletown: Mrs. Walter Heffner, George W. Culler and Lloyd V. Culler, all of Frederick, and Charles H. Culler of Washington. The body will be taken to the late home in Boonsboro today at noon and will remain there till Wednesday morning at ten o'clock, when it will be removed to the funeral home in Middletown, where services will be at 11 o'clock. Rev. Donald R. Stonesifer will officiate. Interment in the Lutheran Cemetery, at Middletown. Gisdhill Company, funeral directors.

Private Sale of Maurice L. & Rosa B. Culler Property in Boonsboro District. The undersigned, Executors of the Estate of Rosa B. Culler, deceased, hereby offer for sale the former dwelling house property of Maurice L. Culler and Rosa B. Culler, his wife, and being all that lot, together with the improvements thereon located on the West Side of U. S. Route 40A near the foot of South Mountain in the Boonsboro Election District of Washington County, Maryland, said lot containing about one-half acre of land and being the same property of which said Rosa B. Culler died seized and possessed and being the same property conveyed to Maurice L. Culler & Rosa B. Culler, his wife, by Everett V. Moser and wife, by deed dated September 30, 1930 and recorded in Liber 210, folio 454 of the Land Records of said County.
Improvements--The above described land is improved by an eight room brick house, bath, hot water heat fired by oil, electricity, water in house, two car concrete block garage.
