Lois Clark, 63, of Banning, passed away September 24, 2008. She was born on May 6, 1945, in Fallbrook, Calif. Lois and Wilbur Clark owned Wilbur Clark Garage in Banning for a number of years, she worked for the Banning Unified School District for 20 years until she retired in 2004. She was a member of Eastern Star and the Elks USA.
She is preceded in death by her husband Wilbur Clark; her parents, Ninuel Blevins Lay and Helen Lola (Newman) Lay; one brother, Earnest Lay; two sisters, Loy May Walsh and Mary Rocca; one stepdaughter, Diane Clark, one granddaughter, Amy Jamison and one great-grandson, Camden Burch.
Lois survivors include her stepchildren, Troy Clark of Northern Calif.; Roy Clark of New Mexico; Ronnie Clark and Melvin Clark of Florida; James Clark of Calif. Linda Mc Williams of Hemet; and a host of grandchildren and great-grandchildren; four brothers, Troy Lay of Gatesville, Texas; Coy Lay of Leitchfield, Ky.; Ninuel Lay of Tenaha, Texas; and Wayne Lay of Russellville, Ark.; two sisters, Hay Ann Pettit of yucca Valley and Colleen Holleman of Woodtown, Ark.
Graveside services will be held on October 10, at 10:30 a.m. at Desert Lawn Memorial Park 11231 Desert Lawn Drive, Calimesa, CA 92320.
