Bertha L. Elgin: Bertha Luck Elgin, 66, Clifton, died Wednesday at Prince William Hospital. Mrs. Elgin, wife of the late W. Swem Elgin, is survived by two sisters, Rae L. Domazet of Culpeper, and Catherine L. Ritter of Leesburg; three brothers, Howard Luck of Manassas, Ralph Luck of Venice, Fla., and Harvey Luck of Front Royal; and 17 nieces and nephews. Friends may call at the Baker Funeral Home. Services will be at 11 am Saturday at the Manassas Baptist Church. Burial will be at National Memorial Park, Falls Church. Expressions of sympathy may be made to Manassas Baptist Church.
