Services to be held Thursday for Mr. Niffen

Funeral services for George Lester Niffen, 66, have been schuled for 2 p.m. Thursday at the Collier Funeral Home. Burial will be in Riverview Cemetery.
Mr. Niffen died yesterday at his home at 808 North Forth St., Louisiana.
He was the son of Aaron and Permallia Penrod Niffen, and was born March 30, 1908, in Louisiana.
Survivers include his wife Laura, of the home; seven daughters, Mrs. Roy (Mary) Harrison of Dow, Ill., Mrs. Leon (Glanda) Moody of Dover, Tenn., Mrs. James (Shirley) Robinson of Honduras, Central America, Mrs. Darlene Stout of Maplewood, Mrs Joseph (LaVern) Goree who is living with her at a U.S. Army base in Germany, Mrs. James (Linda) Bufford of Elsberry and Mrs. Charles (Brenda) Patton of Louisiana; three sons, Robert Niffen, James Niffen and William Niffen, all of Louisiana; 39 grandchildren; and three great grandchildren
