She is survived by her daughter, Minnie Lee Lindenmuth of Albuquerque; grandchildren, Robert B. (Bob) Griffith and wife, Carol of Albuquerque, Randolph B. Griffith and wife, Pam of St. Louis, MO and Vickie (Gammon) Wilson of Albuquerque; 12 great-grandchildren; and four great-great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her husband, Bill Bailey on October 10, 1968 and her daughter, Rose Mary Gammon.
Flossie was born on the family farm, near Buffalo, WV on January 24, 1902 to Joseph S. Conway and Minnie (Hartley) Conway. Flossie was the eighth youngest of eleven children. She married William "Bill" Columbus Bailey on November 13, 1921 in Buffalo, WV.
The Baileys were longtime residences of Dunbar, WV, where Flossie was active in Chapter 133 Order of the Eastern Star, the Dunbar Women's Club, the Advisory Board to Rainbow Girls, and Dunbar Baptist Church. The family moved to Albuquerque in the late 1950s.
