Her daughter says her mother (Alice Steen Wroe)'s birth certificate says 30 March, but all her life, she celebrated and reported it as 31 March.
Her daughter doesn't know if there was a midnight issue or a doctor forgetting the date or what.
They put 30 on her tombstone, since that's what the birth certificate said but that was never regarded as her birthday.
The Social Security Application index has 31 March.
