Roy Ackerman, 71, of Meyersale, died July 18, 1972. He was born April 17, 1901, a son of the late Paul and Lena Christner Ackerman. He is survived by his wife, Nellie Burkholder Ackerman; two brothers, Irvin and Harry of Meyersdale. Funeral services were conducted at Konhaus Funeral Home July 22 with the Rev. Lloyd Sechriest officiating. Interment in Mt. Lebanon Cemetery.
