Maria Guadalupe Jacoba Engracia Clara Estudillo y Horcasitas was born on 27 November 1812 at Monterey Presidio to Jose Maria Estudillo ("Teniente de la compañia del expresado Monterrey") and Maria Gertrudis Horcasitas. She was baptized on 29 November 1812 at the Presidio Chapel. She married Santiago Emigdio Ygnacio Arguello on 13 November 1834 at San Diego Presidio Chapel. Maria Guadalupe died on 8 December 1880 in San Diego and was buried on 9 December 1880 at El Campo Santo Cemetery.
