to all persons Interested in the estate of Moses Bean, late of the town of Fort Covington, deceased,
send greeting:—
You and each of you are hereby cited and required personally to be and appear before our Surrogate of the County of Franklin, at his office in the village of Malone, on the 23d day of February next, at ten o'clock in the forenoon of that day, then and there to attend the final settlement of the accounts of Polly Bean and James D. Tracy, as the Executors of the last will and testament of the said Moses Bean, deceased.
In testimony whereof, we have caused the seal of office of our said Surrogate to be hereunto affixed. Witness, Albert Hobbs, the Surrogate of our said County, at the Surrogate's office, In Malone village, the 7th day of January, In the year 1875.
