He died at his residence in Mineral Wells. He was the son of Chester Jasper Liles and Nellie Jane Stephens.

Funeral: 4 p.m. Sunday at Lawn Terrace Baptist Church in Mineral Wells. Burial: Woodland Park Cemetry. Visitation: 6 to 8 p.m. Saturday at the funeral home.

Survivors: Son and daughter-in-law, Terry and Loretta Liles; daughters and sons-in-law, Velda and Bill Bowen, Karen and Johnny Burson; 10 grandchildren; 23 great-grandchildren; and four great-great-grandchildren.
