Funeral services for Mrs. Henrietta J. Arant will be held at 3 p.m. today from Sharon Cross Road Methodist Church near Swansea conducted by the Rev. Peter Stokes, the Rev. Glenn Britt, the Rev. N. J. Lewis and the Rev. E. K. Anderson. Interment will be in the churchyard. Mrs. Arant, 86, of 627 Kentucky St., Columbia, died at the Baptist Hospital Friday morning after an illness of the past several months. The body will be at the church from 2 to 3 p.m. Friends may call at the Thompson Funeral Home or at the residence. Active pallbearers will be six grandsons, Gordon Ramsey, Gerald Arant, Allen Arant, Anthon Arant, Eddie Dennis and Martin Arant. Honorary pallbearers will be W. H. Crim, G. R. Adams, James W. Rutland, Julian Hooker, Lawrence Bowen, Moody Howard, R. J. Tidwell, William Pound, Harold Hayden, Archie O.
