Wife of Wilhelm Frederick "Fritz" Ackermann, married on 5/18/1850 in Bexar County, Tx. Mother of Fred "Fritz" C (who married Sophie Heiligmann), Charles Gustav(who married Anna Rittimann), Christoph Wilhelm "C W" (who married Emma Bueche), Rosina "Rose" (who married Phillip Alexander "Alec" Ward), Wilhelmina "Mina" Friedricka (who married Heinrich "Henry" Carl Schulz), Benjamin F (who married Emma Jonas), William Franklin Ackermann & Theresa (who married John J McIntosh.

NOTE: For years the family has believed Rosina's maiden name to be Baumann. According to her son Fred "Fritz" Ackermann's death certificate, the informant being Fritz's wife, his mother's maiden name was Bauser. Also, other documentation along that line. This information was shared by Lydia Eisenhauer Biegert. In the research that Lydia did she found evidence of Rosina's parents being Catherine Bollecker & Jean Baptistse Bausser. Also, Jean Baptiste's parents being Barbe Lutzman & Gaspard Bausser. And Catherine's parents being Marie Anne Jo?? & Louis Bollecker. Lydia also has her birth date as 28 Oct 1824 in Requisheim #47, Haut Rhin, Germany. Most recently I have read stories by Lydia's sister Olivia that states Rosina's maiden name to be Pause. Wonder if we will ever know which is s correct.
