Elizabeth Stanton, 84, of New Albany, passed away Friday, May 26, 2006 at St. Vincent's Hospital Hospice in Indianapolis. She was a native of Warrick County, Indiana and was preceded in death by her husband, Rev. Charles F. Stanton. She was a member of Trinity United Methodist Church in New Albany. Survivors include, a daughter, Ellen Spall (Frank) of Fishers, Indiana; a son, James Stanton (Kathy) of New Albany; two brothers, James Campbell of Evansville and Victor Campbell of Ft. Smith, Arkansas; and three grandchildren, Elizabeth C. Stanton, Eric Spall and Daniel Spall. Visitation will be 2:00 p.m. – 8:00 p.m. Wednesday May 31st at Kraft Funeral Service, 2776 Charlestown Road, New Albany. Funeral services will be held 10:00 a.m. Thursday, June 1st at the Trinity United Methodist Church, 2796 Charlestown Road, New Albany with entombment in Kraft-Graceland Memorial Park.
