(This obit appeared on page B5.) Mrs. Elizabeth Cline Mortimore, 88, of Bethany Village, Mechanicsburg, formerly of Hershey, died Sunday, February 24, 2008. She was the wife of Dr. Glenn Mortimore. They were married 48 years last May 20th. Born in Portland, OR on September 30, 1919, she was a daughter of the late Wesley D. and Grace E. (Forbes) Cline. Elizabeth was employed as a Registered Nurse Educator at Harrisburg Area Community College, Harrisburg, PA. She served in the U.S. Navy as a Lieutenant in World War II. Surviving in addition to her husband are daughter, Gretchen, wife of Jean-Claude Thill of Charlotte, NC; sons, Edward Mortimore and his wife, Heidi Gelzer of Towson, MD; two grandchildren, Gregory Thill and Wesley Thill. She was preceded in death by her brother, Dean Forbes Cline. Memorial services will be held at 11 a.m. Friday, February 29, 2008 at the Chapel at Bethany Village, 32 Wesley Drive, Mechanicsburg, PA 17055.
