Troy Ratliff passed away April 6, 2006, after a brief illness. He was born May 19, 1918 in Ware County, Georgia and moved to Jacksonville, FL in 1939 from Waycross. Mr. Ratliff was a WWII U.S. Army Veteran and retired from the City of Jacksonville. He was a beloved husband, father, grandfather and friend. Mr. Ratliff is survived by: his loving wife of 65 years Lettie; sons Larry and Gary (Susan); daughter Susan (Allen) Langenbahn; sister Beatrice Sikes; grandchildren Heather Andrews and Nicole Ratliff; and numerous nieces and nephews. The family will receive friends Saturday April 8, 2006 7:00 PM - 9:00 PM at HardageGiddens Mandarin Funeral Home. Funeral Services will be held Sunday April 9, 2006 11:00 am in the chapel of the funeral home. Interment will follow in Riverside Memorial Park.
