He was born July 27, 1942, in Bloomington, a son of Chester Price and Hannah Elfriech Price.
He is survived by a son, Russell Price, California; a daughter, Linda Jo Townsend, Michigan; a sister, Verna Howell, Hudson; a brother, Owen Price, Bloomington; and two grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by five brothers and one sister.
He was a member of The Salvation Army Chuch and was a veteran of the U.S. Army.
Russell was a graduate of LeRoy High School and a member of American Legion Louis E. Davis Post 56.
Russell will be deeply missed by all his family.
