Allen. Near Loon Lake, Jackson county, Minn., January 17th, 1876, of typhoid fever, Rev. S. Allen.

The deceased was known by many of our readers, who recognized in him a true type of Christian character, demonstrated by a life of strict integrity, and the observance of the Bible commands in which the Christian places a hope for happiness beyond.
