Adriann Eoff was the first born child of Garret Eoff and Nancy Ann Darby, the former a native of New York and the latter a native of Ohio. Adriann had siblings Aaron Wesley Eoff (d.y.), Andrew Jackson Eoff (d.y.) John G Eoff (d.y.) and Florence Augusta (Eoff) Galloway. Her father was a tavern keeper in Spring Creek Township in Iroquois County, Illinois. He died in 1855 and his widow married Hamilton Jefferson in 1859. By this second marriage Adriann had a half-sister, Cincinnati "Nattie" Jefferson. Adriann died in her 24th year.
