ROSALIE A. PECORARO, of Germantown, TN, born June 14, 1945 in Newport, RI died July 22, 2008 at the age of 63 at Germantown Methodist Hospital. She was predeceased by her parents, Antone and Mary Andrade, and her brother, Antone Andrade Jr. of Middletown, RI. She was the wife of the late Stephen C. Pecoraro Sr. She is survived by her sons, Stephen C. Pecoraro Jr.; his wife, Sharon and grandson, Jason of Nashua, NH; Rev. John C. Pecoraro of Memphis TN; her sister Mary Farias and brother-in-law Donald Farias of Middletown, RI; sister-in-law Ann Dimery of Portsmouth, RI; and two nephews, Donald Farias, Jr. and his wife, Samantha and Michael Farias; three nieces, Michele Douglas, Karen Derrah, and Deborah Noonan. Raised in Middletown, RI, Rosalie lived in Nashua, NH for twenty years (1969-89) and Germantown TN for nineteen years (from 1989), leaving behind many friends and associates. Rosalie was the Director of Special Ministries and moderator for the grief support group at Our Lady of Perpetual Help Roman Catholic Church in Germantown TN for over 15 years. In that capacity she directed such ministries as the Grief Support Group, Liturgical Ministries, Parish Council Commissions, the Food Pantry, and Parish Outreach Programs. Her love for Jesus Christ fueled a passion for ministry that impacted many people during her life. Because of her love for Christ and His Church, Rosalie welcomed all into her life and her home with warmth and a beautiful smile. She died on the Feast of Saint Mary Magdalene. Visitation will be 5-8 p.m. Sunday, July 27, at Our Lady of Perpetual Help Catholic Church, with a Vigil Service and Rosary at 7 p.m. Funeral Mass will be 10:30 a.m., Monday, July 28, at Our Lady of Perpetual Help, with burial to follow in All Saints Cemetery.
