Paris, Ky., May 19 Charles Edward Drane, 63 years old, a native of Henry County, died this morning at the home of his sister, Mrs. H. Miller Lail, in (Paris) Bourbon County, following an illness of several weeks. He was a son of the late Benjamin F. and Mary Elizabeth McDonald Drane, of Henry County.
He is survived by four sisters, Mrs. Richard Watkins, Smithfield, Ky.; Miss Frances Drane, Bourbon County, and Mrs E. A. Barker, Fayette County, and two brothers, James N. Drane and William S. Drane, Smithfield, Ky. Funeral services will be held at the grave in the Smithfield Cemetery at 11:30 o'clock Tuesday morning.
