Mr. Albert Algier, 94, of Navaho Way, Ellijay, GA died on Saturday (July 12, 2008).




Mr. Algier was born on January 26, 1914 in New Britain. He is the son of the late Adolf Albert Algier and Amalia Doberstein Algier. He worked as a machinist. He was a member of the Hope Lutheran Church in Ellijay.



He is preceded in death by wife Helen Januskiewicz Algier and daughter Karen Griffin. Survivors include his son, Mark Algier, Marlborough; eight grandchildren, Erik Biskupiak, Todd Biskupiak, Troy Orlowski, Emily Algier, Sarah Aliger, Stephan Biskupiak, Allison Biskupiak and Seth Hallock.



Graveside Services will be held on Friday, July 18 at 2 p.m. from the Yukon Cemetery with Pastor Dave Smedley officiating.
