Martha, 91, of Nederland passed away at her residence. A native of Tyler County, Texas, she was a resident of Nederland for over 73 years and worked for the Nederland Independent School District for 28 years. She was a member of Trinity Presbyterian Church in Port Neches.

Survivors include her sons, Harold A. Woods Jr. and Harold Clint Woods and wife Connie; daughters, Sandra McKee and Carolyn Handley and husband James; fifteen grandchildren, forty great grandchildren and four great great grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by six brothers, two half brothers and two sisters.
