Bernard Hickey, Lifelong Resident Here, Passes Away
Bernard Hickey, 67, this morning at his home at 110 E. Park. St. following an illness which had confined him for a week.
He was a life long resident of this city having been born here September 30, 1860. He was a faithful member of St. Patrick's Church and had been employed at the Rome Wire Company.
Surviving are his wife, formerly Nora Broderick, Two daughters, Mrs. Frank White of Toledo, Ohio and Mrs. Julius Warth of this city. and two sons, William and James Hickey of this city.

Bernard Hickey Laid at rest At St. Peter's
Bernard Hickey was laid at rest in St. Peter's Cemetery today with services in his home, 110 E. Park St. this morning at 9 o'clock and at St. Peter's Church at 930. At the church Rev. Lyial A. Tobin, assistant pastor, celebrated a requiem high mass. There were floral offerings from the Rod Mill of the Rome Wire Company, friends, relatives and neighbors. The bearers were James Gallivan, John McChrien, Joseph McChrien, and Bernard Hickey. Mr. Hickey leaves beside relatives given in the account of his death two sisters, Mrs. Catherine McChrien and Miss Margaret Hickey, both of this city.
