Services for Hazel A. Warren, 87, Tyler, are scheduled for 10 a.m. Saturday at Lloyd James Funeral Home chapel, Tyler, with the Rev. David Walker officiating.
Graveside services are scheduled for 4 p.m. Saturday at Whitehouse Cemetery in Lufkin with the Rev. David Craig officiating.
Mrs. Warren died July 9, 2008, in Tyler.
She was born March 12, 1921, in Angelina County to the late Samuel Evans and Ida Palmer West. She was a homemaker, a member of Lakeview Church of the Nazarene and lived in Tyler since 1986.
Survivors include her husband, Ed Warren, Tyler; three grandchildren; and eight great-grandchildren.
Family will receive friends 6-8 p.m. today at the funeral home.
