JACKSONVILLE - Services for Pauline Elrod Grimes, 87, Jacksonville, are scheduled for 3 p.m. Thursday at Thompson Funeral Home chapel, Jacksonville, with the Rev. Randall Anderson and Lindell Watson Officiating.

Burial will be in Cathedral of the Pines, Tyler.

Mrs. Grimes died Dec. 3 in a Jacksonville hospital.

She was born Sept. 21, 1915 in Lufkin. She was a homemaker and member of First Church of the Nazarene, Jacksonville.

Survivors include her husband, the Rev. Corbie Grimes, Jacksonville; sons, Samuel Lee Elrod, New Braunfels, and John Raymond Elrod, Palestine; sister, Hazel Warren, Tyler; three grandchildren; eight great grandchildren; nieces and nephews.

Family will receive friends 6-8 p.m. Wednesday at the funeral home.

If desired, memorials may be made to First Church of the Nazarene, Jacksonville.
