Maxine C. McDuff, 74 of 4909 Douglas ave. died of a heart ailment Saturday at Mercy Hospital Medical Center. The body was creamated and no services are planned.
Mrs. McDuff was a ifelong Des Moines resident and a homemaker.
She is survived by her husband Russell; two daughters, Linda Lafferty and Karla Porcase; two sisters, Jean Porcase and Virginia Miller, all of Jacksonville, Fla; a brother, Clyde Anderson of Missouri; and six grandchildren.
Westover Funeral Home is handling arrangements.
