She was born in Princess Anne County to the late Berlie & Aramenta Spence. Besides her parents, Queenie was predeceased by two daughters, Betty Cuffee and Carolyn Sparrow; four sisters and five brothers.
Queenie was a member of St. Joseph A.M.E. Zion Church where she was a Deaconess and Missionary.
She leaves to cherish her precious memory, her loving husband, Samuel P. Cuffee; five daughters, Queenie Hines, Teresa Wiggins, Sandra Christopher, Cynthia Cuffee, and Maxine Moore; one son, Samuel Cuffee, Jr.; thirteen grandchildren; ten great grandchildren; ten sisters-in-law; six brothers-in-law; nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives and freinds.
A funeral service was Tuesday, July 8, 2008 at 12:00 Noon at St. Joseph A.M.E. Zion Church, Chesapeake with Rev. Dr. Vincent M. Jones, Sr. presiding. Burial Roosevelt Memorial Park.
