ADAMS – Lois I., 81, Richland, formerly of Stoystown, died July 5, 2008, at Golden Living Center, Richland. Born Nov. 11, 1926, in Kittanning, daughter of Robert and Nora (Corbett) Kutsch. Preceded in death by parents; husband, James E. "Red"; daughter, Colleen K.; sisters, Lillian Foreman, Dorothy Anthony and Roberta Uptegraph; and brothers, Edward, Vernon and Wilbert Kutsch, and Jay Young. Survived by children, Connie Adams, and friend, Richard Niessner, Johnstown; Charles, married to the former Deborah Buchanan, Stoystown; John, married to the former Linda Meyers, Hooversville; and Donna, married to Earl Keihl, Stoystown; 13 grandchildren; and 13 great-grandchildren. Sister of Robert Kutsch Jr., Kittanning, and Mildred Uptegraph, North Carolina. Member of Otterbein United Methodist Church, Wilbur. Family will receive friends from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Tuesday at Deaner Funeral Home, Stoystown, where service will be held at 10 a.m. Wednesday, the Rev. Don Kephart officiating. Interment, Otterbein Cemetery, Wilbur. Memorial contributions may be given to Asera-care Hospice, 706 Eisenhower Blvd., Suite 3, Johnstown, Pa. 15904.
