She was born in Mangum on June 6, 1905 The daughter of Williams Doss and Grace Comella Elizabeth (Busby) Lyles, She married James Elmer Mason on December 31, 1927, in Gotebo
Mason was a resident of Milfay, having moved there from Mountain View in 1980, She was a teacher and homemaker.
She was a member of the First United Methodist Church in Depew. She was also a member of the Order of Eastern Star and Rebekah Lodge an was a volunteer at the Stroud Hospital, having received her 500 hour pin.
She is survived by two sons, James E. Mason and John H. Mason of Milfay: two Daughters, Marilynn A Mason and Dusan Comella Trelar of Milfay: ten grandchildren: 18 great-grandchildren and two great-great grandchildren.
Mason was preceded in death by her parents, her husband, one daughter, one brother, one sister
Services were held Thursday September 7 at the First United Methodist Church of Depew with the Reverend Art Radabaugh officiating.
Interment was Friday September 8, at Mountain View Cemetery Funeral arrangements were made under the direction of Parks Brothers Funeral Home of Stroud.
