Dorothy G. Carroll, 83, of Shelbina, died at 5:55 a.m. May 10, 2000, at Hannibal Regional Hospital. Mrs. Carroll was born Nov. 16, 1916, in Stoutsville to Earl and Eva Riley Gatson. She was married to Russell Carroll in Shelbina on April 30, 1939. He preceded her in death April 7, 1995. Survivors include two sons, Kenneth Carroll of Dunlap, Ill., and Donald Carroll of Antioch, Ill.; two grandchildren, Lori Beal and Stacy Arnold; three great-grandchildren; and three sisters, Mary Lippincott of Hunnewell, Fern Swann of St. Charles and Frances Williams of St. Peters. She was preceded in death by three brothers; and one sister. M
