Anne Gillett, 79, of Eau Claire, WI died Tuesday, March 13, 2012 at Sacred Heart Hospital.
She was born December 19, 1932 in Weyerhauser, WI to Henry and Anna Geborek. She graduated from Weyerhauser High School in 1948. She married Cliff Gillett on July 15, 1950 in Strickland, WI. Anne and her husband owned/operated Metropolitan Service Company in Eau Claire for 37 years.
She is survived by her daughter, Kathleen (Keith) Beecher of Coon Rapids, MN; a son, Gregory (Susan) Gillett of Altoona; grandchildren, Susan and James Napier, Matthew, Ryan, and Andrew Beecher; two great-grandchildren; a brother,, Ralph; and a sister, Barb of Chetek.
Anne is preceded in death by her parents; her husband, Clifford; and a daughter, Kristine Napier.
A memorial service will be held at a later date.
Family requests that memorials be send to Sacred Heart Cancer Center in support of her son Gregory.
Cremation Society of Wisconsin is serving the family.
