FIELDS, Jack H. Age 77 of Dayton passed away Thursday, November 03, 2005. He is survived by his wife of 38 years, Judith A. Fields; daughter, Sally (Dan) Lindgren, Jacksonville, FL; three sons, Doug (Lisa) Fields of Taylor Mill, KY, Bob (Sharon) Fields of Dayton, Tim Fields of Miamisburg; sister, Dora Acres of Hazard, KY; a brother Truman (Ruby) Fields, Ashland, KY; sister-in-law Karen Madewell, 18 grandchildren: Natalie, Eric, John, Jess, Melissa, Jackie, Mackenzie, Amy, Kelli, Cassie, Chelsea, Kayla, Jack, Matt, Tom, Nicholas, Adrianna and Brooke; two great grandsons, Samuel and Ben and numerous nieces and nephews. Jack worked at Borchers and Eastgate Ford. Funeral service 10 am Monday, November 7, 2005 at TOBIAS FUNERAL HOME, BELMONT CHAPEL, 648 Watervliet Ave. Interment Woodland Cemetery. Friends may call 2 – 4 pm Sunday at the funeral home. A special thank you to the staff at The Oaks West Kettering for their love and care of Jack.
