James W. Ingram - July 2, 1969
James W. Ingram, 79, died in a local hospitial at 5 p.m. Wednesday. He was born in Smith County, Miss. and was a resident of Texarkana for 30 years. He was a retired carpenter and was a World War I Veteran, Barracks No. 1119. He was also a member of the Golden Age Club. He is survived by three daughters and three sons; one sister, Mrs. K.C. Colwell of Texarkana and a number of grandchildren and great grandchildren. Funeral arrangements are pending with East Funeral Home.

Will was the son of James Monroe and
Martha Jane (Smith) Ingram. He married (1st) Myrtle May Beasley on December 13, 1920 in Shreveport, Louisiana and they had six children.
