Rebecca's first husband Jacob Walters died an unusual death. He was to appear in court as a witness. He became so worried, that after leaving the stand, he dropped dead, apparently from a heart attack. Rebecca married David W. Hough in 29 Sep 1883. Rebecca's second husband David Hough was first married to Polly Reynolds D/O Henry Reynolds & Mary (Polly) Hepler. Mary (Polly) Hepler being the daughter of Christopher Hepler & Rebecca Waltz. Rebecca is buried with her first husband in Hoffman Cemetery.
