Mrs. Virgie Marie Dalton, 73, of Pea Ridge died Wednesday, June 2, 1999, at her home.
She was a native of Clarksville, daughter of the late Carry and Bessie Gibson Anderson, former resident of Rogers, member of the New Life Full Gospel Church in Bentonville, employee of Steele Canning Company for 20 years, and was preceded in death by one son, Donnie Dalton.
Survivors include her husband, Freeman Leon Dalton; one son, Dennis Dalton of Blue Jacket, Okla.; two daughters, Janice Youngman of Pea Ridge and Shirley Dalton of Pineville, Mo.; two sisters, Kathryn Tietjen of Garfield and Alice Presser of Clarksville; 13 grandchildren; and 22 great-grandchildren.
Funeral was at 10 a.m. Friday, June 4, at New Life Full Gospel Church in Bentonville with Rev. Robert Ward officiating.
Burial was in Stillwell Cemetery north of Clarksville. Arrangements were under the direction of Sisco Funeral Home of Pea Ridge.
