She is survived by two sons; one sister; two brothers; and seven grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Fred Maxfield and Barbara Ann Cubbage Hilliard; husband, Thomas Lackey Jr.; one sister, Beulah Hilliard, and two brothers, Fred and Randolph Hilliard.
