Delcy William Hilliard, 86, of Martinsburg passed away on Friday, January 8, 2021 at Berkeley Medical Center.
Born June 9, 1934 in Luray, VA he was the son of the late Fred and Barbra Hilliard.
He is survived by one son, Dale Hilliard; one daughter, Libby Hilliard; seven grandchildren; and six great-grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by his wife, Janey Pearrll Hilliard.
The Brown Funeral Home will be open for family to receive friends only from the hours of 6:00 to 8:00 p.m. on Thursday, January 14, 2021.
Funeral service will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Friday, January 15, 2021 at the funeral home. Visitors will be required to wear face masks, practice social distancing, and follow directives.
Interment will be in Bunker Hill Cemetery.
