Alice and Grover had seven children, Edward, Lloyd, Floyd, Dora, Roy, Lola, and Janice.

Services were held for Mrs. Dickerson Friday, February 24.
Mrs. Alice Dickerson, 79, died Wednesday, February 22, 1984
Services were held at 2:00 pm., Friday, February 24, at the First Baptist Church with the Reverend Kenneth Coleman officiating.
Burial was in the Eldorado Cemetery under the direction of Lowell Funeral Home.
Born October 17, 1904 at Honey Grove, Texas, she married Grover Dickerson in 1924 at Eldorado. Mr. Dickerson died in 1965.
Three sons, four brothers, two sisters, and a great-granddaughter died before her.
Survivors are one son, Roy Dickerson of Eldorado, three daughters, Dora Mae Richardson and Janice Lee Roe, both of Eldorado and Lola Faye Johnson, Corsicana Texas, 14 grandchildren and 14 great grandchildren.
Pallbearers were, Carroll Richardson, Senior Walker, Kenneth Mitchell, Gene Copeland, Johnny Freeman, and Densel Myers.
