Inez Fessey Marable was 1 of the 4 wives of Dr.Samuel Addison Marable, I. She died at her home of an accidental ingestment of poison. She was the daughter of Prof. William H. Fessey. Before her marriage to Dr. Marable, she was married to Thomas Rowland and they had a son, Samuel Rowland. She was a woman held in high esteem on account of her cultural, lovable manner. She was only married to Dr. Marable for about 2 years when the accident occurred.
